New Dress

Hello all. First I want to say that I am in great spirits at the moment. My handsome demon prince in sleeping right next to me, I can't ask for anything more....well except maybe a lovely new dress to share with you!

I got the matching socks as well because I don't really have that many socks and none with blue in them. 

Here are some detail shoots,I just love this print so much.

Also this is the first dress I've gotten that has the crossing straps in the front. I really do like the image it creates and it takes away the need to wear a necklace. The fabric is nice and light so I can wear it on warm days and not be over heated.

I didn't really add anything to the outfit because it is a really busy print.

I just need a dark simple bow.

I have been a very bad blogger :| Sorry. I've been busy with many things. Work has given me more responsibility so with it more stress. I've started a new cross stitch pattern that had been occupying my free time a lot. And as always tumblr takes up too much of my spare moments, lol. Outfit Post - 6/24/11

Hello All,
 So time to be a little honest here. I haven't been posting because I've kinda been depressed. I wont go into self pity whining or such but I'll just say I've been down about life and where it's going. I am trying very hard to pull myself out of this rut but it can be difficult. I do have something to look forward too though, CT CON. I love cons so much so I'm hoping that going will put a little spark of creativity back in my life.
I did want to share an outfit from last weekend:

I kinda wanted to mix my old tomboy gothic style with my newer feminine lolita style. I wore my fanplusfriend bloomer/pants, F21 long kint tank, and added a bunch of accessories. I found a pair of fingerless gloves(just so you know I use to wear these everyday in high school, this was long before they sold them) put on a Sora Kingdom Hearts necklace, took my Disney :Think Happy Thoughts ribbon and wore it as a choker with a cupcake pin.
It was a great summer day and I drove to my parents to have Japanese food. Windows down with Kerli blaring helped clear my head a little.

Wanted to share with you my new T-Shirt I got from Victore Fashion on Esty.

My Kerli Bubble Goth Shirt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's so awesome. Not only is the screen print really nice quality , the shirt is a soft cotton that breaths well. O how I know this shirt is going to show up in my outfit posts more often!

Outfit Post - Daffodill Festival

On Saturday instead of paying to travel to NYC for the Mastsuri Festival, Amy and I saved the money and went our local Daffodil Festival.  It was a lovely afternoon even though many of the daffodils had already passed. Many of the other trees were still in bloom though. Here are some shots from the trip.

 Weeping Willows are my favorite tree, and this one is so lovely.

Because it was still kinda chilly I wore a longer more gothic outfit.

The other day while looking through my closet I decided to try something different. Here is my stab at a Mori-girl look.

I did simple braids with a ribbon, and make up was just pale glitter eye shadow.

I like that the outfit was really comfortable and easy to move around in while still feeling so cute! 

Maybe I will start looking into buy more Mori outfits

Outfit Post -4/12/11

I haven't done any outfit post in such a long time. The main reason is due to time. I haven't really had the chance to dress up at all, lately....this makes me very sad. And when I do I don't get a moment to snap a few pictures. Well on Tuesday I made some time when we went down to the park.

I add a nice petticoat from another outfit b/c it's just a little too short, it gives it a good leangth and looks like it belongs. Also I added a belt to give it more of a waist. I don't think I look good if there isn't some shape in my outfits.

 I have been trying to take the clothes I have and create new outfits. Here are the results from the past couple of weeks.
1/9/11:
Here I took a summer dress and wore in the cold. The sundress was made be my mother. Sweater is from Aero when I worked there 3 years ago. Necklace from Avon, I had to get it b/c it matched the print so well

Skirt hand made from Cosplay 007 on ebay. Shirt was a gift for Christmas. It says "We're all mad here" Punked it out with combat boots and my Nana cosplay coat.
